All sales are final. All purchases must be paid for within 24 hours after invoicing for on-line bidders, regardless of when they are removed. Shipping available. STORAGE FEES: All payment for winning bids MUST be made within 5 business days after the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by the bidder and Terri Peters & Associates. Any item(s) remaining unpaid after 5 days will be placed in storage with a storage fee of $20.00 per day being levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage more than 14 days (paid or unpaid), will be considered forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. The cost of the item and all storage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. After an additional 5 days from forfeiture any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection’s agency. It is NOT our intention to charge ANY additional fees or to send our customers to collections, it is only our intention to process winning bids as expeditiously as possible and get winning items to our customers quickly. Shipping arrangements and payment for shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For your convenience, we work directly with The UPS Store, in Manlius, NY After payment your item(s) will be couriered to The UPS Store at no additional charge to you. You can call them for a shipping quote and payment arrangements directly at 315.682.4999 or via email at store1180@TheUPSstore.com All items shipped via The UPS Store will have "The UPS Store, Pack and Ship Guarantee". All items that Terri Peters and Associates have received payment for and transferred to The UPS Store will have 10 business days from payment date to complete arrangements for shipping. Those items that do not have shipping arrangements will be placed in storage with a fee of $20 per day levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage in excess of 10 additional business days will be considered forfeit and not eligible for refund from Terri Peters and Associated or The UPS Store, Auburn NY. Extended storage may be available for $100 per month if arranged prior to forfeit. No Exceptions. Our goal is not to charge storage fees, it is only to get your items processed and to you as quickly as possible!
